Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or shipped incorrectly due to buyer error.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if we make an error with your order (such as incorrect or missing items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
