Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via different carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size of your order.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
